QUICK BIO

Hi! I'm Krystal (she/her), a Vietnamese-American residing in Orange County, CA. I write about my kaizen experiments in inner & outer sustainability for wholesome living.

Backed by nature, yoga practices, & plastic-free motives to reduce waste, I search for small, meaningful ways to leave things better than I found them, including myself.

My hope is that you'll leave here with one or two actionable steps to apply & practice in your own daily living.

In my free time, I enjoy making yoga videos (see below), getting into baking shenanigans with my spouse, tending to my garden, reading, & cuddling with our dog. I (try to) share more of my daily living through my Instagram page.

Thanks for stopping by!
